Our strapline is here to help you and that's what we want to do, to support our clients by using our knowledge and expertise to deliver straight forward and reliable financial advice whether you are in business or an individual. Each client is given a client service team who are dedicated to you and your needs. We also maximise the use of technology to streamline our services, for example we use remote access technology to look after clients, we also offer a secure document exchange to transfer data securely.
We do this in four simple steps:
Step 1: Free initial one hour meeting
A chance to meet, understand your situation, assess what you need and demonstrate how we can help.
Step 2: No obligation quote and fixed fees
So there are no surprises, we quote for all work in advance. We offer fixed annual fees which include all telephone and email advice so you know what you can budget for. We also have a number of payment options including direct debits to help you spread the costs of our fees and help your cash-flow too.
Step 3: The paperwork
If we're successful, we will guide you through the official paperwork and manage the handover from your current accountant if you have one, or set up your new company if you need us too.
Step 4: Joining us
All of our new clients get our welcome pack which includes:
- Details of your client service team responsible for the delivery of your services
- Key dates reminder - so you don't miss those Tax/VAT/PAYE deadlines
- Access to our free e-newsletter with business advice and tax saving tips
- Free invitations to our client events and seminars
