Business Tax Dashboard has been launched by HM Revenue & Customs and is an online service that enables you to see the overall tax position of your business.
What does a Business Tax Dashboard do?
It is aimed at smaller businesses to give online access to your Self-Assessment tax record. You will also be able to see a summary of your tax position on a single screen for PAYE and/or VAT account information. An online Corporation Tax service is also available.
What will it allow you to do?
For each tax you can see the overall position as well as more detailed information, such as any:
- tax you owe
- repayments due to you
- payments you have made
- interest on any late payments
- penalties that may have been incurred
- direct debit payment plans
You can use this HMRC online service to make changes to some business contact details, including your address, telephone number and email address.
You will need to have enrolled to use HMRC’s Self-Assessment Online Services before you can set up a dashboard.
