HSJ Accountants get on their bikes

HSJ will be getting on their bikes in May to raise funds for their local hospice in Newport. The HSJ team, including partners Kim Jackson and Nick Jones, have signed up to the ‘John Dixon Dalmatian Cycle Ride’ along the Taff Trail. The cycle ride organised by John’s son in law- Dave Rees to raise as much funds as possible to support St Anne's Hospice who provided such exceptional care to John and his family during his time at St Anne’s.

Terry Woodsford – Fundraising Business Manager from St Anne’s said:

‘’The ‘exceptional’ care provided by the Hospice team to those ‘exceptional’ people who need us, is a free service; however, the costs associated with providing 24/7 care to the highest standards is unfortunately not free; with the requirement for expensive medication and complex treatments being a normal requirement to reduce pain and discomfort whilst ensuring patient dignity . We are so grateful to the HSJ team for their ongoing commitment and support. We are so proud of all the individuals and teams embarking on this challenge in aid of St Anne’s’’
